1. Do you have a 24-hour reception?
Yes. Our front desk operates 24 hours a day to assist with arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries.

2. Can I request a smoking room?
No. All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking or vaping in rooms will incur a cleaning fee.

3. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).

4. Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Luggage storage is available complimentary at reception before check-in or after check-out. To guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved from the night prior to arrival. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

5. Do you offer connecting rooms?
Yes. Connecting rooms are available between Deluxe/Premier King and Deluxe/Premier Triple rooms. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Guests are encouraged to request this in advance when making a reservation.

6. Do you have Twin rooms with two single beds?
No. The hotel does not offer rooms with two or three single beds.

Guests requiring separate beds may consider:
• Deluxe Triple (1 Queen & 1 Single)
• Premier Triple (1 Queen & 1 Single)

7. Can I request a specific floor or room preference?
Requests such as high floor, quiet room, away from the lift, non-corner room, or city view are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Do the rooms have bathtubs?
No. All guest rooms are equipped with standing showers only.

9. Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.

10. Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes. The hotel features a rooftop swimming pool with views of the Bukit Bintang city skyline.

11. Does the hotel have a gym?
Yes. A fitness area with basic equipment is available for light workouts.

12. Can I request an extra bed?
Extra beds are available in selected room types at RM100++ per night, subject to availability.

13. Are baby cots available?
Yes. Baby cots are complimentary, subject to availability.

Breakfast inclusion depends on the selected booking package (Room Only or Room with Breakfast).

15. How much is breakfast?
Breakfast is available at:
RM40++ per adult
RM20++ per child (under 12 years old)

16. Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes. Limited on-site parking is available at approximately RM10 per night, subject to availability. Public parking is also available nearby.

17. Do you provide laundry facilities?
Yes. A self-service laundrette is available for guests.

RM6 per wash cycle
RM6 per dry cycle

Coins can be purchased at the 24-hour reception counter.

18. Do you provide airport transfer services?
The hotel does not provide airport transfers. Guests may use airport taxis, limousine services, or ride-hailing apps such as Grab.

19. Can I request room decorations for special occasions?
Yes. Simple room decorations can be arranged for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, or honeymoon stays. Please inform the hotel in advance so arrangements can be prepared before arrival.
