1. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)

2. Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in is subject to availability. Complimentary luggage storage is available.
For guaranteed early check-in (before 9:00 AM), pre-book the night before.
Late check-out is also subject to availability and may incur charges. After 6:00 PM, we recommend booking an extra night.

3. Can I request a smoking room?
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking or vaping in rooms will incur a cleaning fee.

4. Can I request different bed configurations?
Twin or triple single-bed setups are not available.
For two beds, book Deluxe Triple or Premier Triple (1 Queen + 1 Single).
Family Rooms have 1 King + 1 Queen bed.

5. Can I request an extra bed or baby cot?
Extra beds: RM100++ per night (available in select rooms).
Baby cots are complimentary upon request.

6. Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, between Deluxe King & Deluxe Triple, and Premier King & Premier Triple.
Subject to availability upon check-in.

7. Do your rooms have bathtubs?
No. All rooms come with standing showers.

8. Is parking available?
Yes, RM10 per night (first-come, first-served).
Public parking across the street costs RM10–RM20 per entry.

9. How much is breakfast if not included?
RM40++ per adult. Children under 12 enjoy 50% off.
Served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

10. Do you offer airport transfers?
We do not offer transfers, but you can reach the hotel by:
• Airport Taxi/Limousine (fixed rates via counters in arrival hall)
• GRAB app (affordable ride-hailing)

11. Do you offer room decorations for special occasions?
Yes! Complimentary decorations are available, let us know in advance.

12. Is laundry service available?
Yes, a self-service launderette is available. Ask our front desk for assistance.

13. Can I request a specific room location?
Room preferences (e.g. high floor, city view, near lift) are noted, but subject to availability.
